I've found it helpful in reaching for perspective on astrological cycles and their connection with history, for example. There's a trite article on astrology, which belies any technical expertise, so the obligatory critical awareness is still a must here. But in general terms, most of what I've found at this website stands up to examination and represents a fairly current and informed view of historical developments - if a little light on the underlying motivations. (Where, for example, is there a discussion of climate change in relation to human migration?) Still, there's lots here to occupy and stimulate the curious mind.
