MAR 21, 2005 - NCGR Declination SIG is an essential stop in the online astrologer's quest for enlightenment. It's the WWW presence of a Special Interest Group (SIG) of the NCGR (National Council for Geocosmic Research), and it focuses on a neglected dimension of astrology: declination, the distance of a celestial body north or south of Earth's equator projected out into space (the celestial equator). If you follow my online forecasts, you know that I always call your attention to lunar declinations. And you may recall that my December forecast referred to the full moon and peak lunar declination on the 26th as indicating a "risk of storms, flooding and seismic upheaval" - on the very day of the killer Sumatra quake and Indian Ocean tsunami. To find out more about declinations astrologically considered, there's no better place to start than NCGR Declination SIG.
