NOV 4, 2002 - Official U.S. Time not only gives you an accurate time-check (to within a couple seconds for any US location, or in Universal Time), but links you up to a brief history of timekeeping as well. It's all courtesy of the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Of course, if you take advantage of some of the free software available from this site (and others), your computer's very own clock would be kept automatically synchronized to the NIST master clock via the Internet Time Service. Good stuff, and essential to astrology, a field where timing is everything.
