MAY 21, 2001 - Millennium Calendar is an online point of interaction with the Dao; or the Tao, as we used to write it out back in the 60s. Whatever. It is what it is, except when it ain't: a rose by any other name would smell as sweet and cut as deep. Okay, so this particular portal of the Dao is pretentious and hence takes damn near forever to load, apart from attempting to teach you things you may already know (or passed any need of knowing). Since the "Metaldragon's" prophesied "pole shift of our planet" didn't begin on May 5, 2000 as predicted, some of the urgency of the services and predictions offered at Millennium Calendar may have faded. But you might still get a kick out of consulting the I Ching, and that alone may be reason enough to visit Millennium Calendar.
Technically speaking, Web Site Garage rates Millennium Calendar fair over-all, poor in load time (87.11 seconds at 28.8k). By comparison, the page you're now reading rates excellent over-all and in load time (9.19 seconds at 28.8k).
