SEP 28, 1998 - Asian Astrology is William Cassidy's labor of love, a site that serves as arguably the Web's best gateway to the astrologies of Asia. It's pretty much a one of a kind website, too: neither a dull, depersonalized nexus on the Net nor a virtuouso display of the webmaster's art and technical wizardry, this is a site with substance and acerbic wit. If you click on over to Asian Astrology - and I urge you to do so post haste - be prepared to experience the lost time phenomonon: tell somebody where you're headed before you go in, so they can pull you out before next week. It starts innocently enough, with a plain but attractive home page. And it dawns on you that Cassidy has something up his sleeve when you click on the link that teases you with "Click here to view your fortune." Do so, and what you get instead of pat answers and other pablum is this: a nice Zen slap in the face with a wet fish. No sun sign crap here. This is real astrology.
